Short-Term Stays

This happens during times of stress, financial difficulty, or when you must travel away from your home. Regency helps you overcome these challenges with our Short-Term Stay Program. Our amenities and professional team are made available for you and your loved one.
Independent Living
Regency Retirement Village has 40 Independent Living Apartment in one and two bedroom styles. Independent Living provides residents with their own apartment, 3 delicious meals daily, weekly housekeeping, transportation (if needed), activities and much more. It is a way for them to have their own space but yet be surrounded by support if needed.
Assisted Living
Regency Retirement Village has 47 Assisted Living Studio Apartments. Assisted Living is designed to respond to the individual needs of senior adults who need help with the activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and supervision of medications, but do not need the skilled medical care provided by a nursing home. Assisted living care promotes maximum independence and dignity for each resident and encourages the involvement of a resident's family, neighbors and friends. It is an environment well suited for someone who is unable to live at home or who wants extra support.
Assisted living facilities also provide residents with needed social interaction that they may not receive living at home. This type of community has become a popular housing choice for senior adults because they provide the right blend of services at a reasonable cost and offer residents the opportunity to live as independently as possible.
Assisted living facilities are generally designed to provide a homelike atmosphere instead of an institutional environment and typically offer assistance with the activities of daily living.
Assisted living centers also provide numerous social and recreational activities to help resident maintain a high quality of life. These activities may include arts and crafts, exercise classes and religious services.
